k-drama.fit (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a mood-based Korean drama discovery service operated at https://k-drama.fit. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and related features.

• Information you provide — for example, when you submit an optional “Report an Issue” form (drama title, OTT platform, timezone/region hint, and free-text details).
• Local device data — wishlist items and language preference may be stored in your browser (e.g. localStorage). This data stays on your device unless you clear site data.
• Technical / usage data — standard server and hosting logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs) may be processed by our hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) to operate and secure the service.
• No account required — we do not require registration or passwords to browse or save a wishlist.

3. How we use information

• To provide drama recommendations, catalog browsing, and OTT watch links.
• To respond to issue reports and improve link quality.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose outages.
• To measure aggregate traffic and performance (if analytics tools are enabled).

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functions (for example language preference or session continuity) and, where enabled, for analytics or performance measurement.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect site features. Wishlist and locale preferences stored in localStorage can be cleared by removing this site’s data in your browser.

k-drama.fit integrates or links to third-party services, which may include:

• TMDB — title, poster, and metadata used for catalog display.
• Supabase — hosted database for curated drama records.
• OpenAI — may be used server-side to generate short summaries and mood tags (not for training on your private messages beyond what you submit via forms we operate).
• Email delivery (e.g. Resend) — to deliver optional issue reports to our inbox.
• OTT / streaming platforms — “Watch” buttons may open Netflix, Disney+, TVING, wavve, Viki, and other partners.

Affiliate disclosure: Some outbound links to streaming or related partners may be affiliate or partner links. If you click such a link and later subscribe or make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate partners may set their own cookies or collect data under their privacy policies when you leave k-drama.fit.

We do not control third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before providing personal information on partner sites.

6. Sharing of information

We may share information only when needed to:

• Operate hosting, email, and infrastructure providers under contract.
• Comply with law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Issue-report emails and operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the report, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. Browser-stored wishlist data remains until you remove it.

k-drama.fit is offered to a global audience. If you access the service from outside the country where our infrastructure is hosted, your information may be processed in other regions (including where our providers operate). By using the service, you understand that transfers may occur subject to applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Your choices

• Clear wishlist / locale data via your browser site settings.
• Refuse non-essential cookies where your browser allows.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data you have sent us (e.g. via an issue report) by emailing veni1130@gmail.com.
